Inspired by the 'Moonstone' prompt at the sunshine_challenge. These are taken with two different types of light sources, so the metallic paint shows really well in one, but the normal water color paint shows better in the other.

For the sunshine_challenge. When I read that Amphitrite had a crab-shell helmet, I immediately thought of cheek protectors made of crab claws.



Colored pencil on toned paper, with some gel pen work.
