If you're talking about the words on the header, that's just the name and description of the journal. It'll change to whatever your's is.

You can change whatever you want to, if you'd like. I'd just advise some caution if you change the sizes of things, cause it might not line up anymore.

This is still a learning process for me, offering layouts to the general public, so if it's the words that are the problem, please let me know. Next time, I'll know to take them out before I take the screenshot. I really appreciate the feedback. :)
