This painting is me challenging myself to really dig into Procreate and learn how to paint with it like I would with an acrylic painting. <br /><br />I pulled up the pictures I had saved on my iPad, found one of a wood duck standing in an icy stream, and split screened it with Procreate. It seemed like a lovely, peaceful story, and I wish it had been finished.<br /><br />This piece was inspired by one of the scenes I was able to read. It has an extreme aspect ratio to reflect the depths and un-knowability of the ocean. The Text Overlay icon is the only known photograph of Vincent Van Gogh in existence. The men in the the Duo+Texture are both paintings of Armand Roulin, who is the main character of the movie.
