Another Shakespeare

Joseph Fiennes kissing Jeremy Irons . . .

Starting with this screen cap from "The Merchant of Venice" and changing it to this

Crop and resize. Yikes, that's dark! Filter > unsharp mask. Enhance > autocontrast, enhance > auto color correct.
Add this gradient, set to screen, 100%. (I rotated it 180)
Duplicate the base two times, set the bottom one to screen, 100%, the top to soft light, 100%.
Paste this gradient, set to overlay, 100%. Erase any parts that make the face look too dark.
Duplicate the base again, drag it to the top. Set to overlay, 100%. Desaturate it, and filter > blur > gaussian blur, 4 px.
Paste this light texture over it, overlay, 100%.
Duplicate the base again, drag to the top, set to screen, 100%.
Add this tape mask, made by me, set to screen, 75%.
Text, more Shakespeare, from "The Merchant of Venice." (Of course) Font is a gothic script.
I thought it needed some more decoration, so I added an "O" in a fancy initial font. I lowered the opacity and moved it around until it looked right. Finished!
